For Individuals
I help you figure out what’s actually off in your career- and what to do next.
If you’re here, you’ve probably already tried to “figure it out.”
You’ve thought about making a move.
You’ve tried to push through.
You might’ve even started applying.
But something still isn’t clicking....
What's really going on...
Most people come in thinking they need a new job. That’s not always the problem.
Sometimes it is.
But more often, it’s something underneath that:
You’re in the right place—but the wrong role
You’re not positioned in a way people actually understand
You’ve outgrown your environment—but haven’t named it yet
You’re making decisions without a clear framework
Until that’s clear, every move feels harder than it should.
How I work
Not tactics. Not templates. Diagnosis.
We don’t jump into resumes or job boards.
We step back and figure out what’s actually happening first.
From there, we:
Get clear on what’s not working
Reframe how you’re thinking about it
Decide what the right move actually is
Position you to make that move successfully
That’s where things start to click.
When this is a fit
You’re doing well- but something feels off
You’re considering a move, but don’t trust your decision yet
You’ve tried applying and it’s not working
You know you’re capable of more- but can’t quite unlock it
You don't need to figure it out alone
“I knew I was capable of more, but I couldn’t articulate it in a way that landed.
This work helped me reframe how I think about my experience—and how I communicate it.
That changed everything.”
“I was stuck between a few different directions and couldn’t tell what was right.
This wasn’t about getting more options—it was about finally making sense of them.
I left with a clear decision and the confidence to follow through.”
“I came in thinking I needed a new job. What I actually needed was clarity.
Elissa helped me understand what wasn’t working—and more importantly, what would.
I made a completely different move than I originally planned, and it was the right one.”
“I wasn’t stuck- I was just too close to the situation to see it clearly.
Having an outside perspective helped me step back, make sense of what was happening, and move forward with intention.”
