In recent years, I've embarked on a new path—one that allows me to meld this passion with several other interests that have long fueled my spirit. This journey has granted me the privilege of blending creativity, social engagement, and unwavering enthusiasm in ways previously unexplored.
Panoramic Talent? Yeah, that's my brainchild. Started with just me and my expertise, but now we're a squad of awesome folks with diverse backgrounds. Together, we're here to help you carve out your own path.

Our ability to connect online allows us to create a plan that fits your schedule. Baby's nap time? We can squeeze in a session. At work til 7? No problemo - we'll make that work! Early bird that catches the worm? Eh, maybe not... (just kidding - we love the early birds too! Our earliest sessions start at 6am EST!)
We don't want these services to be inaccessible to anyone (what's the point?) - and WOW GROCERIES ARE SO EXPENSIVE.
We've priced our services (after our initial FREE consultation call) in congruence with our assessment of the value of our time (which is exactly what we would advise our clients to do!), but please reach out if our rates are not in your current budget. We are happy to work with you to create a plan that will fit your current situation.
Stuffy old-school human resources professionals - that we are not! Many of us come from a counseling, nursing, or other helping profession background. But after compassion (and just general late-stage capitalism) fatigue had us tired - we wanted to create, we wanted to have fun helping individuals of all backgrounds, we wanted something different. We're a team of kind, cool, people. To any extent possible, we would love to meet you where you are at. Reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns about your current situation!
All interactions with Panoramic Talent should be low-stress. The last thing we want you to do is sweat about meeting us! We're not going to pellet you with questions or judge your 15 year-old resume with the WordArt heading - (hey- that worked for you!). Let's focus on the important things - like ensuring your resume, career path, management style are all aligned with who you are as a person - an incredibly fun undertaking!

As part of our initial consultation we are happy to showcase samples of our work. We remove any identifying information - but the majority of the profiles are unique to the individual - so we don't publicize them widely. You can find a variety of free tools & templates however - in our freebies section - which can give you an idea on how we work and how we are a bit different than our competition!
